Organisational Learning and Transformational Change

Goals:

As markets change, companies must adapt to the pressures of their new environment. In order to adapt, managers need to know how they can change their organizations to fit the needs of the market. However, change brings with it many issues. How should a firm adapt and how can we change the way people work?

Activities:

During the Benelux residential week, attention will be focused on the three different levels of learning: Environmental learning where we look at the impact of regional issues on companies; organizational learning where we see how organizations best adapt to new circumstances and individual learning, where we focus on the personal development and reflection.
